[PeerTube] I have no idea about this. #11686

Steps to reproduce the bug
1 - I generally just went onto the PeerTube default instance "FramaTube" and got the error.
2 - When I tried to add the instance, it just said that it (https://tube.artvage.com/) didn't exist.
Expected behavior
1 - I would have expected it to just open FramaTube and work as it should be.
2 - The instance would be successfully added, along with a security check.
Actual behavior
1 - When I access PeerTube, it takes along 1-3 seconds to respond and throws me the error.
2 - It negates to add the instance in an automatic abortion.

I generally would love to see a fix. And also, please add account sign in!!!!!
