Description
We've been using Squirrel for Mudlet for quite a few years and it has worked well, but as of a few months ago the application is no longer automatically launching after it is installed. The installation itself works fine, and manually launching the application works fine too. The only part that's no longer working is that the application does not automatically launch right after its installed.

Steps to recreate

1. Run https://make.mudlet.org/snapshots/1c50b9/Mudlet-4.16.0-ptb-2023-02-22-e6eca-windows.exe
2. Expect that Mudlet will run right after installation.

Explain what it's doing and why it's wrong
The application installs fine, but does not automatically launch.

Additional information
I've checked the signing certificate, smartscreen, and inspected the installer file - there are no visible issues that would cause this.
