It worked very well thank you @BaktashGorgani and I've tweaked it a bit in order to spawn a new window in the session named main:
elif self._is_command('tmux'):
    return ['tmux', 'new-window', '-t', 'main', '-n', 'eve-ng']
I wonder if it's possible to spawn a new session named main if it does not already exist and then create a new window named eve-ng, I've tried the following without success:
elif self._is_command('tmux'):
    return ['tmux', 'new-session', '-A', '-s', 'main', '\;', 'new-window', '-t', 'main', '-n', 'eve-ng']

You should be able to do this with:

return ['tmux', 'new-session', '-A', '-s', 'main', '-n', 'eve-ng']

I didn't test it with eve but those commands work by themselves to create a named session and named window

And one last thing, is there a way to change the window name from eve-ng to the appliance name like seen in the topology?

I don't think so, from what I remember eve-ng uses a link to your loopback and some random port and that's what integration tool is designed to catch and open a terminal on. The name of the router itself is not sent over, you would have to edit eve-ng to send that data when making the request.
