Do we need the `luajit` fork?

I've run into some issues with updating due it having it, and the [current homebrew version supports arm64](https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/92fa3ad27955bd3a8ae47c7c51152037d50ed026/Formula/luajit.rb). Do we still need our patches?
