New session problem - even at startup #765

Hi

In SEB 3.5 and the new version 3.6 the same error happens very often even just after start up of device.
The error displays SEB is not succesfull in opening a new session.

Error

The log-file (in attachment) describes an error on "Ease of access configuration is compromised: 'SebDummy.exe'!".
After researching this SebDummy has something to do with Utilman.exe (used for accessiblity).
The device runs Windows 11 23H2 with latest updates. It's not the only device that has this error. Also other Windows 11 23H2 devices have these errors. Not all are updated to the latest updates.

The strange thing about all these devices: sometimes it works, but most of the times not. It's all with the same SEB-configurationfile (also in attachment).

About this sebdummy.exe I also got reported from other schools.
About the error of the image above, I've noticed also reporting from other schools in a Facebook-forum.

Additional Context
Even when SEB has not started, all the power options are gone. So you get the energy-message when trying to shutdown. Also Ctrl + Alt + Del doesn't work and taskmanager is also not available to use. So PowerShell to shutdown pc.
