Bug Description

We observed that there is a missing tooltip for the color slider and alpha slider. Same is not reproducible for sap.m.ColorPicker.

Expected Behaviour

Tooltip should be shown upon hover on both sliders as it is in UI5 - https://sdk.openui5.org/entity/sap.ui.unified.ColorPicker/sample/sap.ui.unified.sample.ColorPicker.
