  1. Add /usr/local/etc as DMD/LDC config search path 

    brew.sh seems to build DMD with a custom environment variable to put the
dmd.conf file in /usr/local/etc/dmd.conf instead of /etc/dmd.conf

We now simply search both as it sounds reasonable that other distros may
do the same.

Also improve warning messages when stdlib paths can't be found.

  1. make dub test :lsp output less confusing 

    Errors were logged to stderr, there were tests testing for correct error
behavior, causing random errors to be printed to stderr, making it seem
like there are errors in the tests.
