There are probably swapped A and B part of dual Op Amp U103 in schematic describing HW changes of MD-UV380 here https://github.com/OpenRTX/openrtx.github.io/blob/master/M17/mduv380_mods.md. The schematic do not actually correspond the photos of changes, according the schematic, the removed parts shall be on the right upper part of U103, because there is a Pin 1. It might confuse newcommers and also those, who are into mod od MD-2017 which shall be close enough to 380's, but the board's design is different, so hard to compare. Hence most probable source of confusion is just swap of A and B part of U103 Op Amp in schematic.
