This crash might be reproduced with various app suspend/resume scenarios.
Isolated scenarios using this playground app with slow transitions between pages:

1. Steps:

   1. Go to Second Page (the second page has nested frame)
   2. Suspend app and immediately resume the same app

2. Steps:

   1. Go to Second Page (the second page has nested frame)
   2. Go back with android back button and immediately suspend and resume the same app

3. Steps:

   1. Go to Second Page (the second page has nested frame)
   2. Go to "Third page" and immediately suspend and resume the same app
