Describe the bug
Whenever I block the Gas API requests for Linea, I'm stuck in the first Send screen flow and cannot pass over that (Continue button remains disabled).
This doesn't happen in Mainnet.
Expected behavior
We shouldn't block the Send flow for Linea if the gas API is down and we should rely on the RPC gas calculations, as we do with Ethereum Mainnet, where the Continue button is enabled.

Steps to reproduce
- Select linea network
- Start a send flow
- See Continue button is enabled
- Block the network requests to the gas api
