We currently use underscore.js, angular.js, bootstrap.js and font-awesome in the WebUI and they are all taken from mirrors on the internet, so the WebUI does currently not work without a internet connection.

This will most likely speed up the loading time the first time you open up the WebUI, which currently is very slow.
