High-level languages that will make use of this proposal inlude Kotlin [1] and Dart (Flutter) [2]. Probably others as well.

FYI the webassembly folks are keeping track of this on their own website: https://webassembly.org/roadmap/

That doesn't necessarily mean we shouldn't track it.
