Gradient Interpolation Color Spaces allow web developers the ability to define which color space is used when calculating the in-between colors used to blend a gradient. Before now, all gradients used sRGB. Now, any of the known color spaces can be used — like oklab, lch, etc.

Support for Gradient Interpolation Color Spaces shipped in Safari 16.2.
