Right now this page claims that only Chrome, Edge & Opera support it.

caniuse reports that WebSerial is not supported on android.
Actually it is supported up to a certain level.
What works for me:

Samsung S21FE, Android 14, Chrome 126, USB CDC devices (ESP32-S3, ESP32-C3, RPi Pico with Micropython firmware)

What does not work:

Firefox for Android did not work at all
Any wide-spread adapters like FTDI, SiliconLabs CP2102, CH340 are not supported
