I came across some metadata names that I didn't know about and wanted to know what browsers support them.

This one is:

<meta name="MobileOptimized" content="320" />

The best documentation I could find was old IE mobile documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/bb431690(v=msdn.10)?redirectedfrom=MSDN

I see https://stackoverflow.com/a/16532471 mentions both metadata names. Don't think they're used in any modern browsers as <meta name="viewport"> is already the de facto standard support across browsers.
