ImageCapture shipped in Chrome 59 (current stable), but still doesn't show up.

friendly ping - still doesn't show up and M59 has been shipped for a while now. What's missing?

@YellowDoge Sorry, still haven't reviewed the data. As there hasn't been much interest (votes) for this particular feature it hasn't been a priority. I'll try to get to it some day soon though.

I feel that the Image Capture API has generally seen way less attention than it deserves.
It's the only way to take full-resolution images with a live preview inside the browser and so few people even know about it.
