is there any info regarding support for the Unicode UTF-8 Dingbats block?

Isn't that a font-related issue rather than a browser-related issue?

Not necessarily...I think it's similar to #1522.

Appears to be a browser issue indeed. I get different results on the same pc between Chrome, Opera and Vivaldi (all Chromium-based)

It is the year 2018 and there is still a need for caniuse dingbats.
