It’s only for iOS devices. That’s why it’s called “APPLE-mobile-web-app-capable”. https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/AppleApplications/Reference/SafariWebContent/ConfiguringWebApplications/ConfiguringWebApplications.html They do not really say what minimum version of iOS you need for that. But it’s available since iOS 7 on every iOS device.
So no need for support table.
