Cool, this is small but very helpful feature. Instead of having to check the documentation to find out what to do next with a tool, (especially new) users will be given hints. This is particularly needed in the Sketcher. |

This adds functionality of tool hints to UI, which can display information about state of tool, shortcuts or actions that can be taken by the user.
