Extend the Harvester documentation with a Getting Started and Workflow Development section.

Acceptance Criteria

• The Getting Started page is available in the online documentation and describes the steps to setup and run the Harvester.
• A user guide page is available in the online documentation providing a description of the core concepts and the implemented workflows.
• A developer guide (tutorial) is available describing how to develop custom workflows can be created and run with the Harvester.
