Extend the Harvester Helm chart to include the BPMN models and worker processes for the MODIS and VIIRS workflows.

Acceptance Criteria

• MODIS workflow and worker are deployed on Develop-Cluster
• VIIRS workflow and worker are deployed on Develop-Cluster
