Description

Migrate the BPMN model from Camunda to Flowable and develop a FastAPI app which implements all VIIRS workflow tasks defined.

Acceptance criteria

• The Harvester contains a FastAPI app for the VIIRS worker
• All VIIRS workflow tasks are implemented
• Docker image is created and pushed to DockerHub automatically by CI
• Worker is deployed at develop-cluster
