Description

Migrate the BPMN model from Camunda to Flowable and develop a FastAPI app which implements all MODIS workflow tasks defined.

Acceptance criteria

• The Harvester contains a FastAPI app for the MODIS worker
• All MODIS workflow tasks are implemented
• Docker image is created and pushed to DockerHub automatically by CI
• Worker is deployed at develop-cluster
