Per-Camera Renderer Settings #220

Description

  • Split render pipeline asset into two: pipeline asset and renderer asset
  • Like in URP: pipeline contains general settings, and keeps a list of renderers
  • Can select a renderer inside additional camera data

Alternatively:

  • create settings override assets
