Its a big task, but merging the Recording panel into the Settings panel seems like a better UX pattern. Put "Record" as a new option above "General" in the left toolbar.

You can then also remove "feedback" and make that another option in the Settings window below "Previous Screenshots"

You could also add "Purchase Pro" as another option as well
