Bug Description

After editing a spin box in ADPCM or Drumkit's sample editor, note-offs are ignored during jamming although the focus is moved elsewhere.

This is only occured with binaries using Qt6, not Qt5, so maybe caused somewhere in Qt6 libraries.

How to reproduce

1. Open sample editor in ADPCM editor or Drumkit editor.
2. Edit spinboxes such as root key octave.
3. Lost focus from the spinbox by clicking any space.
4. Press and release keyboard keys to jam notes.
