Bug Description

Crash when capture card is connected. Fatal crash on startup if .ini file is present. If the .ini file is not present, it starts but configuration won't open, and it crashes on next startup.

TL;DR "Elgato Video Capture" capture card adds an audio input device that crashes bambootracker.

Here's a screenshot of the error that pops up after opening bambootracker, plugging in the capture card, then opening configuration:

How to reproduce

  1. Connect capture card
  2. Bamboo Crashes when launching

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • BambooTracker Version: v0.5.0
  • Build Type: Official

I apologize for not responding to your report for so long.
I do not have a capture card, so I am unable to reproduce this error and cannot provide an effective fix.
I am sorry, but one workaround for the error, as discussed in the Discord server regarding #446, is to use XP build, as WASAPI is only available on Vista and higher builds.
