Bug Description

At first I though it was only a minor problem during from-bank-instrument importing previeving, but no. Some instruments utilizing hw envelopes in a certain fashion, sometimes aren't played properly during key-on.
Bass Drum 2.bti.tar.gz in one of these, sometimes during key-on it will not "decay" in volume, rather sustain until envelope period ends.

How to reproduce

1. Load this (or create similiar) instrument
2. Repeatedly press any key during jamming or previewing

I can provide video proof in case you fail reproducing this problem.
