I have a Quad Lock case on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I originally bought an inexpensive wireless power bank and it didn’t work. Decided to give the Anker MagGo when it went on sale. Even on sale it’s more expensive thank a lot of other power banks, but I found out that it’s worth the extra money.

My phone sensed it as soon as it was magnetically connected to the case. The MagGo turns on automatically - no need to press the power button. The LCD display shows that it’s charging, the remaining capacity as a percent and duration at the current (no pun intended) charge drain.

You can charge your phone and another device at the same time using the USB-C port and the kickstand is handy for keeping your phone screen visible while charging.

The only negative is that you can’t recharge it using a standard 1 amp converter. It needs at least 2A, maybe 3A, input to charge.

I have purchased a few items in the past from Anker and have been very happy with there products. When I was on the look out for a on the go battery charger I found the MagGo power bank, I love the little screen at the side which gives you the battery status when charging which I found to be useful. The only complaint I have found it gets very hot and after a period of time if it gets too hot it stops charging until the phone cools down. Other than that would recommend to others and thinking about buying an other one for my wife's phone.

My phone is getting older, so the battery life is declining. I bought this to extend how long my phone works without charging it. From that perspective, it works.

My biggest shock is the weight. It's heavier than I expected. So for travel use, I'm just not sure. Maybe I'd go with a lower capacity battery next time to save some weight.

My wish is that it had a USB-C charging out connector.

MagSafe is terrific. It sticks to my iPhone 13 solidly. I also charge my AirPods Pro. Works well.

Battery capacity is good. I get through all day with heavy use now.

I like the stand. Easy to use and doesn't fall over.

So there are some minor things I'd improve if I could, but I'd buy it again.

This charger goes with me everywhere! I’m not sure I’ll be able to go back to typical portable charger speeds for my phone again— I’ve been spoiled!

I was definitely on the fence about buying this initially because of the price but I love Anker’s products and I wanted to test the fast charging capabilities. I am so glad I decided to buy it because WOW.

I don’t get battery anxiety about my phone anymore! There’s been a few times this charger saved me because my phone didn’t charge overnight. I can just pop on the portable charger and have my phone charged up in a jiffy, it’s great!

It also has great standby time. I sometimes haven’t charged it in weeks and the battery is still the same as the last time I used it. So I usually just keep it in my purse or backpack just in case I need to charge my phone.

I also really like the little display on the side because it tells you how much time you have left on the charger. It’s nice quality and is super helpful to know when you need to charge it.

Don’t even get me started on the little kickstand! Seriously, everything I’ve wanted in a portable charger, I’ve been able to find in this one.

If you’re on the fence like I was, definitely GET THIS! It’s worth it.
