Howell ( ハウエル, haueru) was a high-ranking Twilight who worked for the Monroe Family.[1]
Appearance[]
Howell is a lean and tall young man, who appears to be of caucasian descent. He has platinum blonde hair, which he combs back to create a professional look, and light blue eyes. Like most Monroe Family members, Howell wears a formal black suit.
Personality[]
Howell is shown to be very polite, rational and professional. He's constantly committed on his task, and will do whatever it takes to accomplish it. Howell has been shown to very loyal to his employer, Daniel Monroe, and dislikes it when Chau isn't doing his job.
He has an immense respect for Daniel Monroe, as he believes Monroe to be not prejudice against Twilights. For this, he is willing to give up his life for Monroe's safety and wellbeing. He holds on to this ideology to until his last breath and gets very agitated when Striker insults Monroe and the family.
