Goodnight, Seattle: Part 2 is the series finale and 24th episode of Season 11 of Frasier.
Synopsis[]
Frasier faces his final curtain, uncertain of what line of work he should pursue, or even where ... and most significantly, with whom. The radio station is once again undergoing a shift in management, and Roz applies for the position of station manager. David Crane enters the world, and his grandfather and Ronee Lawrence finally tie the knot - in that order.

Trivia[]
- This episode and the previous one are the only ones that had a rainbow in the opening title card.
- Despite being one of the show's major recurring characters, Bulldog is notably absent for the final episode and thus, is not present during Frasier's final KACL broadcast. Bulldog's last appearance on the show was in Frasier-Lite, 12 episodes earlier.
CONTINUITY
- In the pilot episode, Frasier and Martin have a fight over Frasier just wanting to hear "thank you" from Martin for allowing him to move in. Fittingly, before Martin hugs Frasier goodbye in the finale, his last line in the series is "Thank you, Frasier."
- The deliveryman (Cleto Augusto) who dropped off Martin Crane's easy chair in the first episode is the same deliveryman who takes it away in the final episode. Aside from the regular cast, he is also the only person to appear in both episodes.
- Although there have been different variations of the opening theme over the years, the music cue used in the final episode is the same one used in the first episode of the series.
ALLUSIONS
- Frasier final on-air recitation is from Tennyson's "Ulysses", and has been very popular in both film and television as an exhortation to a final effort, a variant on "Do not go gentle into that good night".
BEHIND THE SCENES
- When Frasier is wrapping up his final radio broadcast, staff of the show such as Bob Dailey (co-executive producer), Jeffrey Richman (executive producer), Joe Keenan (executive producer), Maggie Blanc (producer) and Peter Casey (creator) can be seen behind the soundproof glass.
- Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick would later go on to star together in the sitcom Hot in Cleveland, which ran from 2010 through 2015. John Mahoney would also appear on that series in a recurring role.
- Arleen Sorkin, who plays Rachel, is married to series producer Christopher Lloyd and would often provide a guide track for the celebrity callers. She is also known as the voice of Harley Quinn, arguably one of the most well known fictional psychiatrists along with Frasier Crane.
- This episode tied Something Borrowed, Someone Blue: Part 2 as the highest rated episode of the series, with 33.7 million viewers.
- Niles and Daphne's baby, born in the final episode, is named David, after David Angell, one of the producers who was killed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. He and his wife Lynn were on American Airlines Flight 11, the first plane to hit the World Trade Center.
