3. Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate for products-completed operations, premises liability and personal and advertising injury.
4. Workers Compensation Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 (Exemptions not approved)
