No matter how much work and love goes into a cookbook, there are bound to be a few errors. It is inevitable. Such was the case with the first few printings of Food in Jars. You can find all the ones that I am aware of listed here. If you find one that's not listed here, please let me know. Current printings of the book should be relatively error-free. As far as I know, digital editions have not been updated to correct any such errors.
