7 Garden themed Visual Novel Backgrounds Pack
There are seven kinds of garden themed backgrounds, with a simple, aesthetic look, that can be used backgrounds in games / visual novels / apps / cover images, etc.
Scenes included: A house, entrance path, swing, garden path, bridge, outdoor dining and greenhouse.

Dimensions
Each image is 1920x1080px in png format. Download and extract the .rar file.
Licence
All the images are free to use in any personal or commercial projects.
The source images are from "Pexels" website and hence, are 100% free to use under Creative Commons license. I created an aesthetic theme from them by modifying them using filters and digital art (yes, the entire image is not hand-drawn, but many parts are). So you can use them freely in any project.

Great work! I have toyed with the same idea in the past and I am wondering if you're using some filter that mimics Picasso's artstyle? I also found out that applying "waterpixel (in GIMP)" after this "edgy" filter will give the photos a more cartoonish feel, and "oilify (in GIMP)" will smoothen the edges a little. All the best to your future works!
Ah thank you! I use various free online photo editor to get a desired filter and then manually draw over and adjust things that look off. I'll try out the Gimp filters you mentioned. 😇👍
These are gorgeous!! I love the painterly, slightly abstract style and soft, dreamy atmosphere. I ended up using a modified version (hue shift, slight blur) for a visual novel styled artfight attack, and it worked out beautifully with my sprite and UI style.
(It's almost a shame I had to alter the colour to match the character palette, as the original colours are just *chefs kiss*)
