Christmas is less than a fortnight away and nature here in Ostwestfalen is like early Spring. We used Sunday afternoon for an extended hiking tour around home waters of the river Werre in the Löhne area.
it's a old building in Helsinki, which is so nice and it's so dark inside. So when I saw the light, I wanted to take a picture...
Another look at this beautiful chapel ceiling. As the sun and clouds play above the stained glass the light and colors change, adding a presence to the space.

Backlight
Enkianthus campanulatus komt van oorsprong uit Japan. De takken van deze opgaande plant staan meestal in kransen. De bloemen van Enkianthus campanulatus bloeien in de periode (eind) april-mei en bestaan uit grote hangende trossen. Iedere tros bestaat uit talrijke urnvormige geelroze gestreepte bloemetjes.
The darkness has no chance in Singapore. At least not at Marina Bay.
