Kristina D’Angelo is an associate in the Trademark & Brand Management Group.

Ms. D’Angelo focuses on all aspects of domestic and international brand building and brand protection. She assists with preliminary and full trademark clearances, as well as enforcing and protecting trademark rights. She works with clients in a broad range of industries, including the finance, sports, fitness, entertainment, and food and beverage industries.

Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. D’Angelo served as an intern with the firm’s Trademark & Brand Management Group where she handled a variety of trademark matters. While in law school, Ms. D’Angelo interned with the trademark group of Ladas & Parry LLP and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Debra Freeman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also served as the Vice President of the Appellate Division of the Moot Court Honor Society and participated in the International Trademark Association’s Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition as both a competitor and a coach.

Ms. D’Angelo is a member of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) and will serve on INTA’s Non-Traditional Marks Committee during the 2022-2023 term.
