Ariel Radow is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group, focusing on advertising-related legal matters across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Radow interned with the National Advertising Division (NAD), where she reviewed claim substantiation and drafted opinions on challenges and comparative advertising disputes. In addition to her NAD experience, Ms. Radow has previous experience with trademark, copyright, and music industry matters.
Passionate about providing pro bono representation in the immigration space, Ms. Radow participated in the New York State Pro Bono Scholars Program, where she worked with a not-for-profit legal service provider assisting indigent clients with their immigration needs.
While in law school, Ms. Radow was a Staff Editor of the New York Law School Law Review, where she researched and wrote on topics related to advertising law. She also served as a Co-Media Chair of the Media, Entertainment, and Fashion Law Association.
Prior to pursuing her legal career, Ms. Radow worked in public relations at New York-based communications agencies handling media relations and brand strategy both internally and for clients across the beauty, lifestyle, technology, and cannabis industries.
Ms. Radow is admitted to practice in New York.
