See the stars who took part in the 2019 Women's March

Celebrities like Connie Britton, Marissa Tomei, and Lauren Jauregui joined the thousands of men and women who participated Saturday in Women's Marches across the country. While rallies were staged in cities like Washington D.C., San Francisco, Houston, and Chicago, waves upon waves of placard-waving Angelenos filled Pershing Square in downtown L.A. to promote equality and hear words of inspiration from speakers like Britton, who began her time on the dais by saying "you are all making me real emotional."

"It's year three of the women's march," said Britton. "These marches are important to show how powerful we are. We are unified for one vision, for a better country and a better world. This women's march belongs to all of us."

Orange Is the New Black's Laverne Cox spoke of LGTBQ rights and the ongoing #MeToo movement.

"We are collectively traumatized by the reckoning happening in our country right now because of sexual harassment," Cox said to the crowd. "I refuse to be a victim … I am a survivor. We are survivors."

Britton and Cox were joined on stage by Tomei, Sarah Hyland, Lance Bass, Jauregui, Adam Rippon, Rosanna Arquette, Lea Thompson, Ricki Lake, Evan Rachel Wood, and Lisa Ann Walter. Helping to coordinate the massive event was Deena Katz, the longtime head of casting for Dancing with the Stars. Katz played a significant role in the first-ever L.A. march after Donald Trump's inauguration and has remained active ever since.

Meanwhile, marchers in New York City were treated to a surprise appearance by Bryan Cranston, who came out of the window of his Broadway theater where he's currently starring in Network. He gleefully showed his support for all the participants.
