Music Dance Moms' Abby Lee Miller says Travis Kelce is a better dancer than Taylor Swift Miller criticized Swift's dancing on her podcast, saying, "Her boyfriend is a much better dancer. Let's leave it at that." By Dustin Nelson Published on December 20, 2023 05:05PM EST Choreographer and dance instructor Abby Lee Miller weighed in on Taylor Swift's dancing and she wasn't complimentary. The choreographer, best known for appearing on Dance Moms, discussed the "Shake It Off" singer's moves on her Leave It On the Dance Floor podcast while talking with model Crystal Hefner. "Taylor Swift is pigeon-toed," she said. "And her boyfriend is a much better dancer. Let's leave it at that." Miller referenced Swift's romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. "He's a great dancer," she added. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. I think he's a natural! Most football players like to show off! He's a showman with swagger at heart!" Heffner, who was married to the late Hugh Hefner, asked how she could fix those issues. "It's too late," Miller replied before adding, "I don't think she's worried about it. I don't think that's her top priority right now." She continued, "However, I think she probably does think that she should have danced as a kid. You know, they had her slumped over that guitar playing." Meanwhile, Swift's record-setting Eras Tour was confirmed by Pollstar to be the first tour to ever cross a billion dollars in sales, without even including revenue from the concert film or merchandise. Pollstar added that it projects her to do it again in 2024, as the Eras Tour continues with 76 international dates and nine U.S. shows next year. It's not the first time Miller has criticized Swift's dancing. And, of course, any time you come after Swift, there are going to be fans who take umbrage with that. The comments are full of fans defending the pop star. "i would love to see abby lee miller run on a treadmill for 3 hours everyday for six months, then perform, dance, and sing every weekend for 2 years," one fan wrote. Another added, "Who gives a F if she's pigeon toed?? Being 'slumped' over that guitar made her a billionaire. Ugh."
