There were two Fonzies on Milwaukee's RiverWalk today: Actor Henry Winkler and The Bronze Fonz
There were not one, but two Fonzies on Milwaukee's downtown RiverWalk recently.
There's always the Bronze Fonz, the life-size statue that pays tribute to the iconic "Happy Days" character.
But, on Wednesday, there was also Henry Winkler, the actor who portrayed Arthur Fonzarelli in the set-in-Milwaukee sitcom that ran in the ’70s and ‘80s.
Winkler shared a photo on X Wednesday with his bronze doppelganger and wife Stacey Weitzman.
"When in Wonderful Milwaukee …..." he captioned the post. After all, the statue is one of the city's most selfied landmarks.

Winkler is in town to speak at the Oriental Theatre Wednesday night. The event — co-hosted by Milwaukee Film and Boswell Books — is a stop on the actor's paperback tour for his memoir "Being Henry."
More on The Bronze Fonz
Visit Milwaukee spearheaded an effort that raised $75,000 for the statue, and artist Gerald Sawyer brought it to life.
The statue arrived in 2008 with a lot of fanfare, including a parade, the king of cool himself, other castmates and the stars of “Happy Days” spinoff “Laverne & Shirley.”
“It is a great honor,” Winkler said in a previous Journal Sentinel interview. “You cannot be blase about that, no matter how much time goes by.”
When the statue disappeared to undergo routine maintenance a couple years back, it caused quite the stir. About 40 people attended a ceremony marking its return.
Where is The Bronze Fonz located?
The Bronze Fonz is located on the east side of the RiverWalk just south of Wells Street.
