Sarah Topy is an assistant general counsel for The Procter & Gamble Company.  She works on regulated businesses in health care and oral care, providing legal support for advertising, regulatory law, and other general legal matters.  Sarah is also an adjunct professor for In House Counsel at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
