  1. A digit 10,000 in the decimal acrophonic numeral system that predated the gematria system. An abbreviation of μυριάς (muriás, myriad). Equivalent to the Roman digit , i.e. ⅭⅭⅠↃↃ.

Usage notes

The basic acrophonic units are Ι 1, 𐅃 5, Δ 10, Η 100, Χ 1000 and Μ 10,000. Μ is iterated for ΜΜ 20,000, ΜΜΜ 30,000 and ΜΜΜΜ 40,000, and combines with 𐅃 for 50,000.
