Suspected sockpuppets
[edit]This report is based on the track record of pretty much any editor adding material to Hamis Kiggundu, and is evidenced by two ostensibly reasonable editing requests at the foot of Talk:Hamis Kiggundu. The article has been plagued by the subject's payment to editors for and since creation and their desire for self aggrandisement. I am concerned about any positive answer to these requests prior to asking for a sock check.
There is a presumption that these are more of the same, since ECP is not a complete locked gate. These IP editors appear not to be willing to edit anything other than this article.
