Hi, this is the first time I've encountered this issue so please help me understand. I was citing this book from https://archive.org/details/twentythreeyears0000alid and not http://www.muhaz.org/ali-dashtis-twenty-three-years.html?page=4
The beginning of that book (pg. 8) says "No part of this publication may be used or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without written permission except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical articles and reviews."
I'm guessing that this does not count as a "critical article" or "review", but I was citing a few paragraphs to add context to a wikipedia editor who did the same before me. However correct me if I'm wrong but that was not permitted. Dovmiester (talk) 18:23, 13 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
