Orphaned non-free image File:1605 Music Therapy Logo.svg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:1605 Music Therapy Logo.svg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 14:48, 4 July 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Naresh Chandra Agrawal.png
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Naresh Chandra Agrawal.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. File permission problem with File:Gionee Logo.svg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Gionee Logo.svg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to [email protected], stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to [email protected].
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 02:37, 31 October 2018 (UTC)

ArbCom 2019 election voter message
[edit]The file File:Naresh Chandra Agrawal (cropped).png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
your A3 on User talk:Tæ
[edit]Hi, Junior Jumper, I declined your speedy deletion request on User talk:Tæ. A3 is a criterion that only applies to articles in Wikipedia's main space; it doesn't apply to things in the user or user talk namespace. Also, it does explicitly exclude redirects. That's more or less a technicality, though; is there a particular reason you would like that talk page to be deleted? Generally speaking, it's better to leave such redirects in place, but if there's a decent reason to delete it, then it can be done. Writ Keeper ⚇♔ 18:12, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Writ Keeper Please delete the page.--Junior Jumper (talk) 16:08, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- Why though? Generally, deletions of user talk pages are not done, due to the loss in records of communications with the user. Redirects from a move obviously don't have important communication history, so that's not a dealbreaker, but deleting that redirect will leave old links to that talkpage (e.g. links in a signature) redlinked. So, I'm not outright refusing, but I do think it's important to have some understanding why you want that page deleted. (If it's a private reason, then feel free to email me.) [edit]Discretionary Sanctions notice
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

[edit]Hello, I'm Doug Weller. I noticed that you recently removed content from Sangh Parivar without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Doug Weller talk 10:13, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- @Doug Weller:I have provided an adequate edit summary. How someone had said Bajrang Dal a militant group? They are not terrorists. Junior Jumper (talk) 16:40, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Sangh Parivar, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Doug Weller talk 16:57, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- Read Bajrang Dal -it says "The Bajrang Dal is a religious militant organisation[1][2] that forms the youth wing of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP)." "The US Central Intelligence Agency has classified VHP and Bajrang Dal as religious militant organizations". It doesn't call them terrorists, I don't know where you got that idea. If you want to change how its described, do it at the article about Bajrang Dal - but use the talk page to get consensus as otherwise someone will revert you for removing sourced text. - @Doug Weller: Now will foreign agencies decide the definition of our organizations? A "militant" is someone who is engaged in a war or who acts aggressively for their cause. But Bajrang Dal isn't a militant group. It is a religious youth group. And don't give me the link of BBC news. They have no credibility in our India. They are treated like bastards in our country. --Junior Jumper (talk) 18:15, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- Looks like you won't be very happy here then. Everyone needs to follow our policies and guidelines. We consider the BBC generally reliable. Read Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources. I'm not going to argue this with you. Doug Weller talk 18:51, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- @Doug Weller: How dare you to call Bajrang Dal a militant organisation? Are you Indian to decide so? Do you know what is Bajrang Dal. What is its ideology? You are a foreigner and you don't have any right to call our country's organisation a militant organisation. They have not killed anyone like Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Taliban. --Junior Jumper (talk) 04:20, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
Blocked for persistent tendentious editing
[edit]I have blocked you indefinitely for persistent tendentious editing and lack of interest in our policies, as shown above in your responses to Doug Weller. This is an international encyclopedia in English; if you wish to edit according to which sources do or do not have what you call "credibility in our India", this is not the place for you. Everybody in the world can edit here as long as they follow reliable sources, so your notion that "foreigners" don't have any right to edit Indian subjects is completely mistaken. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Bishonen | tålk 09:55, 30 December 2020 (UTC).

Request reason:
Sorry, I will follow the international standards now on this encyclopedia. But please notice the thing that I have only present my views because Bajrang Dal had not killed anyone like other extremist militant groups. But leave that. I will not argue about that in future because I think this is a topic which need a wider debate. Junior Jumper (talk) 12:45, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
We aren't interested in your views. Your views are suitable for a blog, but not for an encyclopedia. See WP:NOR, WP:NOT. Yamla (talk) 12:50, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- It's regrettable that it only occurred to you to follow our rules, or to speak civilly, after being blocked. When Doug Weller, an experienced user and admin, merely explained to you that "everyone needs to follow our policies and guidelines", you chose to jump down his throat: "How dare you?" Speaking to people like that, and then becoming suddenly soft-spoken after a block, does not impress. Bishonen | tålk 13:51, 30 December 2020 (UTC).

Conditions for an unblock
[edit]Junior Jumper, you can read about topic bans and what they mean here. Please read it carefully. Do you accept an indefinite topic ban from Indian politics in exchange for your block? Such a topic ban can be appealed to the community, at WP:AN, in not less than six months. If you do accept that and promise to abide by it, I will unblock you. If you don't, I won't. Bishonen | tålk 10:00, 31 December 2020 (UTC).
- @Bishonen: But please give me permission to add parliamentary diagrams. --Junior Jumper (talk) 12:37, 31 December 2020 (UTC)
- What exactly are parliamentary diagrams? Please link to an example where you added that. Bishonen | tålk 13:20, 31 December 2020 (UTC).
- @Bishonen: See here https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ahmednagar_Municipal_Corporation&diff=997136925
- I see... so you not only added that image, but also created it. You would be allowed to continue creating images on Commons when topic banned, or for that matter when blocked, as now, since you're only blocked (and would only be topic banned) on the English Wikipedia. As for adding this type of image to Wikipedia articles, I'll ping @RegentsPark, SpacemanSpiff, Vanamonde93, and Sitush: do you guys think this would be an OK exception to a T-ban from Indian politics? I suppose there's no scope for any POV editing in adding these self-created diagrams, or is there? If it's a purely helpful thing, I'd be glad to make it an exception. Bishonen | tålk 17:48, 31 December 2020 (UTC).
- @Bishonen: The sort of diagrams they are making are indeed helpful, and the potential for pov-pushing is minimal; the only potential avenue for trouble is if the numbers are fudged, and with municipal council elections, checking is often tricky. If we're willing to extend that amount of good faith, then I'd say go for it; I'm not terribly familiar with this user, so I'd prefer not to take a call on that. Vanamonde (Talk) 21:11, 31 December 2020 (UTC)

- I'll extend good faith and support this. Doug Weller talk 07:48, 1 January 2021 (UTC)
- Sure, Junior Jumper. Sorry for the delay, but I'm in a different timezone. I do believe that you'd add these helpful diagrams in good faith. If there should be any doubt about the numbers, then please don't make a diagram for that particular article. And please just make the diagrams and add them; you're not supposed to enter into any discussion, or, God forbid, edit warring. Thank you for improving articles with these diagrams. You are now subject to an indefinite topic ban from Indian politics, as logged here, with an exception for the diagrams, and you have been unblocked. I want to add that if you're considering appealing the ban at WP:AN, which you can do in no less than six months, then I strongly advise you to edit in other areas in the meantime. It's important to be able to show in an appeal that you have been editing constructively. People who merely go away for the duration and then appeal don't have much chance of making a good impression. And note that constructive editing at other Wikimedia projects, where you are not topic banned, will also count in your favour. Happy new year. Bishonen | tålk 09:51, 1 January 2021 (UTC).
- P.S. And thank you very much, Vanamonde and Doug Weller. Bishonen | tålk 10:08, 1 January 2021 (UTC).

- @Bishonen: Junior Jumper is violating topic ban[1][2] right after coming off from a failed topic ban appeal where he was taught enough about his similar topic ban violation. [3] Abhishek0831996 (talk) 09:36, 29 September 2021 (UTC)
- @Abhishek0831996: I was banned from editing the pages of Indian politics. It means that I was supposed to not make any edit in the mainspace of the article. I respect your opinion. But see I have only added the images. I have not made even any single edit in the mainspace. And I think by adding the images I have not violated the rules. In my opinion this should not a big issue as I have only enhanced the quality of the article by adding a single image.--Junior Jumper (talk) 09:40, 29 September 2021 (UTC)
- Abhishek0831996, technically, adding images other than parliamentary diagrams does violate the topic ban. Images in general were not excepted, just the diagrams. That said, I can't make myself care about additions of completely non-controversial images such as these portraits. De minimis non curat lex. But make sure this is not the thin edge of the wedge, JJ.
