[edit]The following statements stood out in this article that highlight that the neutrality of this article is disputed:
- Eventually, the Yugoslavs would retract their promise for the democratic integrity of Kosovo's population and incorporate Kosovo into Yugoslavia against the will of the majority of her people.
- ...Tito would betray this promise and forcibly occupy and subdue Kosovo and it's people...setting the stage for the next 50 years of Serbian oppression over the Albanian-majority population of Kosovo and the subsequent Kosovo War which liberated the nation. The Unification of Albania and Kosovo is still within the hearts and desires of many Albanians in both Albania and Kosovo (uncited).
In addition, only one of the citations hail from a peer-reviewed journal. Based on the language used, this article will create unnecessary conflict and would benefit from a mix of citations and neutral language. ElderZamzam (talk) 11:03, 16 November 2021 (UTC)
- That first point is cited - the majority of Kosovo, which was Albanian, did not want to join Yugoslavia, as was confirmed by the decision of this conference and history in general. The first part of the second point is cited, Tito and the Yugoslavs went back on the promise - the rest of it is a description of what came after. Albanians in Kosovo, who formed the majority of the region, were oppressed by Serbians up until the liberation of Kosovo, were they not? The last sentence is common knowledge, reunification between Albania and Kosovo is in the hearts of most Albanians around the world. It will not create unnecessary conflict, because the truth and the reality of the situation should not be considered debatable, and if it does, then it is not the article at fault, but rather people who just don’t like it. There are plenty more citations available, which can be implemented, but I literally just created this article a few hours ago... Botushali (talk) 11:25, 16 November 2021 (UTC)
- I have changed the sentences mentioned by RZZ. Side comment: Articles shouldn't be tagged for a couple of sentences which can be revised.--Maleschreiber (talk) 17:33, 16 November 2021 (UTC)
- I still see general NPOV tone issues, like
there was not much enthusiasm for Fascist administration, Kosovo Albanians preferred it to oppressive Serbian rule
(just an example), and some part of this article is not backed by reliable secondary sources. MarioGom (talk) 09:48, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
