George Bolles or Bolle (d.1621) was an English politician.
He was an alderman, Sheriff of London in 1609 and Lord Mayor of London in 1617. He succeeded John Leman.
He married Jane, the daughter and co-heir of Sir John Hart, Lord Mayor of London, and thereby acquired the estate of Scampton, Lincolnshire. They had four children; his heir and successor was Sir John Bolle , Sheriff of Lincolnshire who was created a baronet.
He died in 1621 and was buried at St Swithins church, London.
