El Dorado Airport offers its users a wheelchair service, which any passenger or companion with mobility limitations who needs to move within the public area of the terminal can access.

To access the service, the user must go to the information points located as follows:

There, you can request to borrow a wheelchair; in exchange, you must leave an identification document. Once the user finishes using the wheelchair, they must return it to the information point and reclaim their document.

If you, as a traveler, require wheelchair service to assist you during your departure or arrival at El Dorado International Airport, you must request it at the time of purchasing your tickets directly with the airline you are traveling with.
