２　農林水産大臣又は都道府県の知事は、前項の規定による申出があった場合において、漁業調整、水産資源の保護培養その他公益のために必要があると認めるときは、その申出の内容を勘案して、漁業法第三十四条第一項（同法第六十三条第一項において読み替えて準用する場合を含む。）、第三項若しくは第四項、第六十五条第一項若しくは第二項若しくは第六十六条第一項又は水産資源保護法第四条第一項若しくは第二項の規定による水産動植物の採捕の制限等の措置その他の適切な措置を講ずるものとする。例文帳に追加
