I haven't played the full game, only the demo and the pilot, but from what I've played and seen through other videos Its a really good game. Good price as well
I'm with you -- this was really a great game! A few I've played lately I felt were similar were TELEFORUM and Unsorted VHS. These both had "repeat, but now with more info" mechanics (+ VHS Tapes!).
If you more enjoyed the worldbuilding, then I'd recommend Poppy Playtime, Garten of Banban, Indigo Park, and Home Safety Hotline.
And a few short ones here on itch with similar vibes: The Penjikent Creature, Kitty Kart 64, and Egg Fried Rice.
I was playing this game and my sister walked in the room and i did not have headphones on she looks at my computer as soon as a jump scare played.... and she LITERALLY screamed.....lol
The combination of the tense and nostalgic feeling you get is unmatched. This game is truly great and I am so looking forward to seeing more. Played the first demo on my channel!
